In this workshop, you will be given the opportunity to assess where you are in your journey of transformation, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. In this workshop, we will use two powerful techniques to create an external picture of an internal process. Based in the work of Angeles Arrien, these techniques allow you to view where you have been, where you are and where you are heading at this time.

Previous students have found the information gathered in this class to be stimulating, reaffirming, informational and amazingly accurate. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your process and begin to explore the possibilities. While The Journey has been created to be a series, each class may be taken individually.

Most of us have an inner voice that creates the beliefs and limitations within which we will live our lives. We have gathered these understandings through our relationships with parents, siblings, friends, teachers, etc and through the experiences we have had throughout our lives.

 For the most part these beliefs and limitations have helped us to survive in our early surroundings and to create the lives we are currently living. There comes, however, a time when those voices no longer serve us.  In fact, these beliefs and limitations inhibit our ability to create the lives we could have if we were free to be our Selves.  They get in the way of our creating the lives we would create if we were free to stand in our Spirit and True Empowerment and to allow God/Spirit/Source/Love to move through us as we choose to live in joy and without fear.

While the process of creating a new way of being takes time, patience and consciousness, this class offers you a jump start in the journey toward  living the life you are meant to live. It opens you to take the lead in the Dance with the Inner Critic.

The Basics of Meditation

So why don't more of us meditate regularly?  The primary answer to this question is usually,  "I don't have time!" Honoring the fullness of each of our lives, if we are totally honest, we have at least 10 minutes a day to spend on ourselves in the presence of Self or Spirit.  Taking those few minutes a day makes a major difference in the way we live our lives. More importantly, meditation positively  effects the way we ENJOY the lives we are living. 

The second most common answer to the above question is, "I don't know how." Meditation is not supposed to be complicated or difficult.  While some meditation practices may be a bit rigid in the methods used, unless you are practicing one of those methods, meditation is not a rigid practice. In fact, it feels very good while one is meditating, and even better when we take that relaxed state back in to our busy lives.

This class will introduce you to some very basic techniques that will make your meditation practice pleasurable, and assist you in taking the benefits of your practice into your daily enjoyment of life. You will experience several meditations using various techniques to find what works best for you.

OVERTONE CHANTING CLASS

If you have ever heard overtone chanting, you have experienced the soul moving magic of the tones and frequencies that vibrate through all of your energy layers and into the very heart of your being.

When you do overtone chanting the natural harmonic spectrum of the voice becomes audible. You will hear and experience the Angelic and bell like tones floating above the deep voices of the chanters.
